Randolph

Stetson Hall
The Town of Randolph is located approximately 15 miles south of Boston at the intersection of Routes 128 and 24. Randolph's location has been an important factor in its economic and social history. Randolph was incorporated in 1793. For the next half century shoemaking was the town's major industry, attracting workers from across New England, Canada, Ireland, and Eastern Europe. The decline of the shoe industry at the beginning of the 20th century resulted in Randolph's evolution to a suburban residential community. Today as Randolph celebrates two centuries as a town , the community feels itself to be one of the most culturally diverse communties on the South Shore. Town residents celebrate their unique heritage and strive for a future in which all can take pride. For more information click Town of Randolph
