Just wanted to drop you a line now that we are moved in and some what settled.
Bill Bailot came to my home and gave me a no nonsense quote for the
move, he made sure I knew about the good, bad, and the ugly of moving. He managed to come in under the quote, and beat out the competition in their low price quote. Although Bill is an asset to your Company I must commend you on the moving help you employ. They all had great attitudes. I was very pleased and impressed with your sales team, and movers.

..I am writing this reference letter to recommend McKees Moving Co. I had several people give me moving quotes, and Bill Bailot was by far the most professional. He was the only one who went through all rooms and closets in my apartment, wrote down each item, and gave me a quote before he left. He was also the only one who took off his shoes when he came into my apartment. The quote was very close to the actual cost, and the movers at both ends were friendly and quick. I did have a couple items damaged in the move but McKees immediately sent me forms to fill out. It did take about two months to be reimbursed, but I think this was handled by Bekins headquarters and not McKees, and I was reimbursed for the full value. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend McKees to my friends. They were upfront with all charges from the beginning and were reliable, which took a lot of the stress out of moving.

...My Husband and I called upon Mckee's Moving & Storage when we moved from our condo in Concord to Wellesley. The entire engagement from the first phone call  to their office to the point where my last piece of crystal  was unpacked was completely stress-free.  The move was flawlessly executed in a professional manner and I will definitely  call upon the company again  in the future when we move from our temporary home in Wellesley to ur permanent home.  There was no damage to  our personal possesions and no damage to the buildings.  They moved everything within the time estimated and were very respectful of our home's contents.

...I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with our recent move.  My family and I had moved three years earlier and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the moving company I chose.  So making this decision again was a difficult one as I wanted to get it right this time!  You were extremely professional and provided me with a very informed estimate based on your electronic assessment of our belongings.  Your weight estimate was almost exact to another estimate we had received which was reassuring as well.  You recommended 4 men and two trucks and that was critical to getting the move accomplished in a timely, efficient manner. 

On the day of the move, your four men arrived on time and were clearly in charge of the situation from the moment they started to walk through the house.  They worked well together and loaded the trucks quickly and safely.  It was a wet day and they were careful with our things and were also careful to keep the wet conditions to a minimum in the house, on both sides of the move. 

The unloading at the new house also went extremely well.  The guys were very good about getting the boxes and furniture where they needed to go.  Even when a few items needed to be shifted from one location to another they were most accommodating.  They completed the move in the exact time you had estimated and all our belongings were moved without any damage or mishaps. 

Thanks a million for a job well done!  I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know that is moving.  And you never know…maybe we will cross paths again

...This letter is in sincere appreciation for a job well done. Linda and I were planning our move to Kansas City MO, we called several moving companies in the Boston area and received quotes. Of all the quotes we received we knew in less than five minutes of Bill Bailot talking to us that McKee and Bekins was the right choice without a doubt. Bill's presentation assured Linda and I of a safe complete move as well as confidence in the price and our overall satisfaction was guaranteed. When Bruce pulled up with the 18 wheeler and we met the east coast loading crew and we again knew we were all set, they treated our belongings as if they were their own. Once the truck arrived in KC the same level and respect was provided. In closing Bill is a tremendous asset to you for all the personal attention he gives to potential customers and his extra effort he made for me and my grandson Kyle, for locating the toy Bekins moving truck for him.  This now is one of our family treasures for many years to come.

...I am writing to express my gratitude to you and your company for the outstanding service that was provided to Dave and I in our move to Bridgewater. You were very prompt in visiting and pricing out the move at Dave's place after his initial call. And, your estimates were right on the mark. The movers assigned to us arrived right on time both days and were courteous, efficient, and very helpful during the entire process.

We did not have an easy move. The gentlemen moved a good deal of heavy furniture. Yet, they always remained patient and lighthearted. They paid meticulous attention to the walls & stairwells of the houses making sure not to scrape or bang any walls, stairwells or the furniture they were moving. That is something everyone stresses over when moving and it made all the difference to me on that day. The weather on our move in day was snowy, rainy, and wet. Conditions that would have made anyone stress out about their home and things getting wet and damaged. Your team seemed to handle it with ease, and even had a plan in place to deal with the inclement weather! .  They also placed everything where I wanted on move in day and that made our unpacking so much easier!!

I hope we don't have to move again for a long time, but if we do we will definitely use McKees/Bekins again. And, I will be sure to recommend you to any friends or family who may need to move in the future.

...My wife and I sold our home in South Weymouth  and began looking for a mover by going to the yellow pages. We decided to call two movers. The first mover came and we were satisfied with his price and his presentation but decided to call McKees Moving also. Bill Bailot came at the appointed time. Bill was most congenial and represents his company well. His system of planning  the move and the method of determining our cost was amazingly quick and simple. McKees was also less money than our first company. The morning of the move , two men showed up at 8 AM sharp- Bobby G and Dave M. They were most courteous, obliging and careful with our furniture. We did our own packing and were given some boxes and tape at no charge. The office staff and McKee family members were most helpful when we had to change our moving date. Bill Bailot called after the move to see if we were happy with the move. WE WERE.

Thank you all. Moving after 42 years was not easy. The move couldn't have gone smoother.

...The entire experience was wonderful. I called the company to arrange a consult. The customer service represenative who scheduled the visit was attentive and pleasant. Within one week Bill Bailot visited us to talk about the service McKees/Bekins provides and to price out the move....The information  Bill provided assured us  that McKees/Bekins was going to provide the quality of service that we were looking for. His kind manner and willingness to answer any and all questions concerning our move alleviated any "moving jitters." The move day began with the arrival of the three best movers our family has ever had the pleasure of meeting. We have now moved on four separate occasions and have never been as impressed with the level of professionalism as we were with Brian, Kevin and Bob. ...They offered terrific advice on the care of certain pieces of furniture and were very polite and well mannered. We have recommended McKees/Bekins to friends and family members. We know that any future moves for our family will of course, include Bekins. .... Thanks for following up with me on my move. Evrything was excellent.The truck arrived exactly @ 9:00 A.M.  and the job was finished before Noon leaving my afternoon off.
